Joe Mystic’s children’s show includes a production of a live rabbit (named Trixie) and uses children from the audience throughout his performance.
In some shows one child even gets levitated on stage in front of everyone. Joe Mystic’s show does not embarrass or make fun of his volunteers and he does not play down to his audience. He plays to and has fun with his audience. During his show, Joe gets squirted with water, snapped on the nose by a balloon and often rapped on the knuckles by one of his volunteers.
This is a professional show by an entertainer with 20+ years of experience. Magic is not Joe’s sideline and he does not have another job using magic as a part time vocation. This is his life. You may have seen Joe on numerous TV programs or seen his shows throughout the 1994 & 1995 Summer Nights at the San Diego Zoo where he was Sigmund of the “Sigmund and Freud Sea Lion Magic Show”. Joe Performs in front of 2 or 2,000 and of course many more while performing on TV.
The Floating Child Illusion as seen to the right is a Kodak Moment. It is normally done in the 45 minute show using the Guest of Honor (i.e. Birthday Child, First Communion Celebrant, etc.)
